By accessing RoboCourses, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

• Do not upload malware, infringing content, or anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.

Accounts

• Keep credentials secure.
• Provide accurate registration data.
• Comply with academic integrity guidelines.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Course Access and License

Subject to these Terms and any course-specific terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased or enrolled content for your personal, non-commercial learning. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or upload content (e.g., assignments, messages, feedback), you retain ownership of your content. You grant RoboCourses a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All RoboCourses content, trademarks, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to RoboCourses and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely; refund eligibility is described per course.

• Prices may change without notice; taxes may apply based on your location.
• Refund windows, if any, are displayed on the relevant course page and require compliance with stated conditions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension pending resolution.

Trials, Discounts, and Promotions

Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to additional terms. If a trial converts to a paid plan, you may be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or rely on third-party content or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party materials. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Warranties Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

RoboCourses is provided “as is” subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboCourses and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to RoboCourses in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboCourses and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RoboCourses is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

International Users

Access to the Service may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and only accessing the Service where permitted.

Severability, Waiver, Assignment

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
• You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms as permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoboCourses regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter.
